Athletic Track PU Floor Covering Systems
This is the system that is used in tartan tracks most commonly and also known as the sandwich system. A mix of special granulometric recycles rubber and elastic polyurethane is spread on the floor at a desired thickness with the help of a paving machine on the application field. Supgorting it with 2K elastic polyurethane sealer and selfleveling systems and spreading granulometric EPDM a ove at desired thickness and colors, the lane lines are applied and the process is finished.
The system meets the IAAF requirements and contains Elastic Polyurethane components. It provides floors that have high performance and long life and no requirement for maintenance.

PU 045 1K (PU Solvent Based One Component Moisture Curing Primer)
PU 045 1K is solvent based one component moisture curing PU primer on Asphalt and concrete surfaces.
Application Area
PU O45 1K is used as adhesion primer on Asphalt or Concrete surfaces as sports flooring subbase or PU
substrates for PU coatings like UNIPU 901 or Rubber mats.
PU 030 1K (PU Adhesive Binder)

Product Description
PU 901 is used as a self levelling coating for the installation of sports surfacing systems, like solid PUR stems or sandwich systems, for athletic tracks, runways, multipurpose sports facilities, school playgrounds and all game courts. PU 901 can also be used for the re-topping of old PUR surfaces.
Properties
PU 901 has a long pot life, excellent curing and very good moisture resistance during the curin process. The material shows an outstanding durability, wear resistance, strength and elasticity once fully cure . The material is easy to apply in all conditions
